I’m Nicole Ruvimbo Marara—a General Manager, Executive Support Professional, HR and Operations Strategist, and the founder of Ruvimbo Consultancy and The Shanda Initiative.

In my role as General Manager, I lead teams with vision, strategy, and operational excellence—ensuring that people, processes, and strategy align for impact. I’m known for bringing clarity to complex challenges, building systems that drive results, and helping organizations create workplaces where people thrive.

Through Ruvimbo Consultancy, I empower professionals who feel overlooked, undervalued, or stuck in their careers. Whether it’s Career coaching, refining CVs, building LinkedIn profiles that stand out, preparing for interviews, or providing personal branding strategies, I help individuals position themselves with confidence and purpose.

For organizations, I bring structure, clarity, and alignment. From HR policy development to talent management frameworks, from recruitment strategy to operational process design, I create solutions that build strong foundations for growth.

Through The Shanda Initiative, I lead programs that focus on emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being for women. Shanda: The Holding Space is a faith-based community where women can be vulnerable, supported, and empowered to grow in every area of life.
