Through The Shanda Initiative, Nicole leads a human-centered leadership ecosystem for women, including The Holding Space, Entrepreneurs Roundtables, and Shanda Selah — spaces designed for emotional intelligence, reflective leadership, strategic dialogue, and values-led growth.
