Sometimes God places people in your life who are not connected to you by blood, proximity, or shared circles — but by assignment.

There is a woman I know only through social media.
We have never met in person.
She lives in another country, far from my world, far from my circles, far from anyone who knows me.

We don’t have daily chats.
We don’t exchange stories.
We don’t do catching up or small talk.

Yet she has become one of the most spiritually precise voices over my life.

I still remember the first time it happened.
I was sitting in a hair salon when a 7-minute audio came in from her.
Seven minutes… from someone I barely speak to.

When I pressed play, she was praying — not general prayers, not vague encouragement — but speaking directly into situations unfolding in that exact moment of my life.
I cried in that salon chair because how do you explain that kind of accuracy?

Another time, I was sitting in my car, about to walk into a certain building where I desperately needed grace.
My heart was heavy, and I placed my hand on the door handle to step out.

Before I could move, she called.

Weeks had passed since we last spoke.

She simply said, “Can I pray with you?”
And her prayer aligned exactly with what I was walking into.
No updates from me.
No clues.
Just divine precision.

And today again, I woke up to her audios — speaking life, declaring strength, touching specific areas she knows nothing about in the natural.

This woman does not know my plans.
She does not know my battles.
She does not know the doors opening or the challenges unfolding.

But every time something is shifting in my life,
she steps in — uninvited, unprompted, unquestioningly accurate.

And the older I grow, the clearer the revelation becomes:

Some people are not assigned to your life for companionship…
they are assigned for alignment.

She is not the person I call when I’m excited.
She is not the one I text when I’m overwhelmed.

She doesn’t walk with me socially —
she walks with me spiritually.

There is a category of people God sends as:

Intercessors — who pray what your spirit cannot articulate.
Watchmen — who sense shifts before storms.
Midwives — who appear at every birth of a new season.
Coverings — who guard what your mouth cannot speak yet.

These people don’t need your backstory.
They don’t need details.
They don’t need context.

They just obey God.

And the most humbling part?

She has never asked me for anything.
Not a favour.
Not a platform.
Not a connection.
Not applause.

She simply obeys the assignment over my life.

In a world full of noise and performance,
a person who prays for you without benefitting from you is a rare and holy gift.

If this finds you in a season where you feel uncovered,
may God send you a voice aligned with your becoming —
someone who steps in at the right time with the right word.

And if He has already sent you such a person,
honour them.

Because sometimes the greatest gifts are not the people we talk to every day…
but the ones who speak life at the exact moment destiny needs reinforcement.

Those are the ones heaven assigns.
