I was honoured to be speaking at the Ndinewe Foundation Mental Health Course 2025, now in its fourth impactful cohort, bringing together this year’s mental health advocates for conversations that shape futures.
I’ll be leading a session on Goal Setting — unpacking how clarity, intention, and structure help us pursue purpose with confidence and discipline. From my own journey in HR, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership, I’ll be sharing how systems and small steps can turn dreams into movement.
And can we pause to celebrate the visionary behind it all — Tanatswa Amanda Chikaura. Founder of Ndinewe, academic powerhouse, and a dear friend I deeply admire. Did I mention that soon I’ll have to put “Doctor” before “dear friend”?
Because yes — she’s working towards her doctorate, and I’m out here cheering her on from the terraces with all my heart.
There are black girls doing big, brave, beautiful things — and they deserve to be seen.
Today, I speak. But more than anything, I stand.
For purpose. For sisterhood. For this generation.
